Maintenance Supervisor - Commercial

A national company with a facility in the Farmington Hills, MI area is currently seeking Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors for long-term opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for experienced Property Maintenance candidates looking for a company that offers excellent opportunities for growth, stability, and advancement!

Maintenance Technicians will be working a full-time day shift position with pay rates starting between $20-35/hour based on experience and education (we will consider paying more for the right skills). All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Qualified Maintenance Technicians will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 5-10+ years of commercial maintenance and repair experience.
• EPA Universal or Boiler certifications/licenses are a strong plus, but not required.
• Must be able to travel locally within a 50-mile radius of Detroit.
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
