Maintenance Supervisor

•  Full-Time | Exempt
•  $75,000 – $83,000 per year (based on experience)

•  Conduct walkthroughs of maintenance and repair projects to assess scope, requirements, and feasibility..
•  Identify and develop new service opportunities with existing customers. 
•  Prepare detailed project quotes including labor, materials, and timelines. 
•  Manage work orders, records, and reporting using Excel and ERP systems. 
•  Create and oversee purchase orders in NetSuite or similar systems.
•  Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability and cost control. 
•  Prioritize and assign maintenance tasks based on urgency and operational impact. 
•  Allocate staffing, tools, and equipment for efficient project execution. 
•  Supervise, train, and coach maintenance personnel. 
•  Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure satisfaction. 
•  Conduct inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. 
•  Coordinate major repairs, upgrades, and equipment replacements. 
•  Review and approve employee timecards using ADP or similar systems. 
•  Provide operational support for industrial cleaning services as needed. 
•  Perform other duties as assigned. 

• Hands-on experience with welding (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong pipefitting experience (measuring, cutting, threading, installing). 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word). 
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and payroll systems like ADP. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• MSHA certification or equivalent experience. 
• OSHA 30 certification. 

• Ability to operate computers, phones, and mobile devices. 
• Ability to sit and perform desk work for extended periods. 
• Clear vision, hearing, and communication abilities. 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally.
