Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians across 2nd shift operations
  • Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment uptime and reliability
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, and production equipment issues
  • Support TPM, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, food manufacturing, and plant operational standards
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs including downtime, OEE, and equipment performance metrics
  • Utilize CMMS systems for work orders, scheduling, reporting, and maintenance tracking
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Production, QA, and Engineering teams
  • Assist with budgeting, maintenance planning, and capital improvement projects
  • Support emergency maintenance needs, including occasional extended hours or weekends as required

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLCs, instrumentation, and industrial maintenance systems
  • Experience within food manufacturing or highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred
  • Hands-on experience with TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance, and reliability programs
  • Experience using CMMS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA and plant safety regulations required
  • AutoCAD experience is a plus
