Maintenance Supervisor
Related Management has a great career opportunity for an outstanding Maintenance Supervisor at Crescent Square Apartments, a 360 unit multifamily community.
Responsibilities: Supervise construction management and oversight of various capital rehabilitation projects on residential multifamily apartment buildings. Lead preventative and scheduled maintenance; staff supervision; repair projects; purchasing of materials; as well as special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience managing renovation projects in residential apartment buildings.
Experience managing a maintenance staff.
Project Management & organizational skills.
Experience with heating, domestic hot water, and electrical distribution systems.
Highly motivated service-oriented self starter.
Strong people/computer/written/communication skills.
Skilled in HVAC, electrical repair, and plumbing strongly preferred.
Experience with large construction projects, boilers and chillers a huge plus.
Good problem solving ability
Must be willing to be On-Call
Preferred skills include:
Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with the flexibility to work outside of the schedule hours as necessary to accommodate all job functions in an acceptable time frame.
Ability to answer emergency calls, as required, in the evening hours, weekends and on holidays.
Bi-lingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred.
