Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supporting production by ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance operations. This role provides guidance to maintenance technicians, oversees daily activities, and leads complex maintenance projects while troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime. The position also manages preventative maintenance programs, maintenance reporting, inventory, and costs, while ensuring compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and operating procedures. Additionally, the supervisor collaborates with engineering on process improvements, supports equipment installation, and helps train and develop the maintenance team. The Maintenance Supervisor must be available to respond in the event of an emergency.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma with 10 years of related experience OR
Technical School with 7-10 years of related experience
Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Time management and project management skills.
Complex Technical skills, including: machine repair, piping, machine rigging, HVAC, electrical troubleshooting, etc.
Ability to read, markup, and create blueprints.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals
Qualified with Lockout-Tagout, Confined Space, Hot-Work Procedures, and PPE (Personal ProtectiveEquipment).
