Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor on 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.  This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits. 

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: New Holland, PA
Pay Range: $80K - $115K
Shift: 2nd Shift - starts at 330pm until production is done

What's the Job?

  • Oversee and coordinate work for maintenance employees to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan and implement maintenance programs for the facility, utility systems, production machinery, and equipment.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to maintenance staff, with an emphasis on electrical issues.
  • Evaluate maintenance needs and recommend new equipment or design changes to improve safety, efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance programs and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and GMPs.

What's Needed?

  • A four-year college degree or equivalent in Electrical/Industrial Engineering preferred but not required.
  • Five to ten years of progressive maintenance experience in a food processing environment.
  • Supervision experience is preferred.
  • Self-motivation and safety awareness are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
