Position Overview
Insite Property Solutions, a boutique full-service property management company, is building a talent pool of skilled Maintenance Supervisors to oversee the physical upkeep and repair of our communities on the Eastside (see our portfolio of communities here), ensuring that all facilities, systems, and grounds are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-service mindset to ensure resident satisfaction and protect the property's value. 90-Day Introductory Period
We use a 90-day introductory period to help new team members get oriented, learn the role, and build confidence in their work. This time allows for training, feedback, and mutual alignment on expectations. At the end of the introductory period, we evaluate progress and fit to determine next steps.
