Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians
Prioritize and assign daily work to ensure efficient operations
Drive a strong preventive & predictive maintenance program
Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime through effective problem-solving
Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and performance
Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts
