Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Join our Cass-Clay Creamery team and play a critical role in keeping our dairy operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably. We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who can lead a team, drive performance, and ensure equipment uptime in a fluid milk and yogurt processing facility.

Shift: 1st shift

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians
  • Prioritize and assign daily work to ensure efficient operations
  • Drive a strong preventive & predictive maintenance program
  • Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime through effective problem-solving
  • Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and performance
  • Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts
What We're Looking For/Job Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment (3-5 years)
  • Supervisory or lead experience with maintenance technicians (2 years)
  • Electrical experience with motor control circuitry up to 480V 3-phase
  • Preferred: PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) and/or ammonia refrigeration experience
  • Working knowledge of industrial equipment typically found in food and beverage or dairy manufacturing plants (fillers, conveyors, compressors, blow mold machines)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS)
Physical requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without accommodations.
  • Stand for extended periods.
