A growing and established food manufacturing company in Southern California is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant maintenance activities and improve equipment reliability across its production operation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in reducing downtime, driving preventive maintenance initiatives, and ensuring production equipment operates efficiently.

Description
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment
- Lead preventative maintenance programs and schedules
- Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support equipment installations and upgrades
- Maintain maintenance records and compliance documentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
- Coordinate maintenance projects and external contractors
- Mentor and support maintenance personnel
Profile
- Experience with maintenance supervision in food manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, TPM, and equipment reliability practices.
- Skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs, VFDs, and pneumatics.
- Familiarity with maintaining boilers, compressors, pumps, conveyors, and filling equipment.
- Strong ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
