We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure production equipment runs safely and efficiently. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, supporting food safety standards, and keeping operations reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance — Develop and oversee schedules to keep equipment at peak performance.
• Team leadership — Train, guide, and supervise a small team of maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshooting — Quickly resolve equipment issues to minimize production interruptions.
• Safety compliance — Ensure all work meets safety regulations and industry standards.
• Vendor coordination — Manage outside contractors for specialized repairs.
• Record keeping — Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in food manufacturing.
• 2+ years of maintenance management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus.
