    MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our vehicle sustainment team in Ft Campbell, KY. The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Performs all functional duties independently in support of ALECS maintenance operations.
    • Plans, directs, or coordinates the ALECS maintenance operations for assigned Technical
    • Directional Letter organizations.
    • Duties and responsibilities include formulating maintenance policies, managing daily
    • maintenance operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
    • Works with functional area leads on the management or administration of personnel an property.
    • Use LogMASTRE as required
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 12+ years of qualified experience, (OR) Bachelors Degree and 10+ years of qualified experience (one year of college may be substituted for 1.5 years of experience). Minimum of six years experience in maintenance operations, including performance of maintenance and repairs of commercial or military equipment.
    • Preferred areas of commercial or military experience are with light of heavy-duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, generators, power plans, aircraft or any diesel gasoline powered equipment or vehicle.
    • Qualified experience: maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance.
    • Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills to diagnose, align, and repair failed and damaged systems.
    • Proven communicator in verbal and written disciplines; Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to provide formal, over-the-shoulder, and on-the-spot training to contractor and unit personnel.
    • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver's License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior training or maintenance experience on MRAP FOV systems preferred.
    • Prior training or experience on Ground Mobility Vehicle 1.1 (GMV 1.1)
    • Prior training or experience Non - Standard Commercial Vehicles (NSCV) i.e. Toyota, Polaris.
    • Prior training on the CROWS Weapon Station.

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Must be a US Citizen with a current/active secret clearance.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
    • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
    • Must be able to work in high noise areas.
    • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
    • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
