Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a full-time position overseeing building maintenance and repairs.
This role is responsible for supporting a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment while overseeing daily maintenance operations and preventative maintenance efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance and repair tasks
- Ensure building systems are operating properly
- Coordinate and prioritize work orders
- Support preventative maintenance programs
- Assist with inspections and safety compliance
- Maintain a safe and functional environment
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance supervisory experience preferred
- General maintenance knowledge required
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Reliable and team-oriented approach
