Seeking an energetic, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our hotel team at Graduate by Hilton Eugene. This role involves overseeing all maintenance functions, including preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and guest room and public space upkeep, ensuring brand standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising repair and installation work, assisting with guest requests, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed.
Ideal candidates will have at least one year of hotel maintenance experience, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and the ability to multitask and work well with teams.
