Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor at our manufacturing plant in Halls, TN. Are you mechanically inclined? We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance and upkeep of our manufacturing plant and its equipment in our Halls, TN facility. This position offers a competitive hourly rate with an excellent benefits package including Profit Sharing, Matching 401(k), Health, Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, Holiday, Personal, Sick Time, Maternity Leave and more.Specific duties: Responsible for inspecting and monitoring all assets for proper operation and mechanical condition. Supervise results of inspections and necessary actions. Performing preventative maintenance as required and necessary emergency repairs as needed in a safe, professional manner.Maintain a detailed equipment log identifying all repairs, inspections and the results of these repairs and inspections.Conduct the plant preventative maintenance program in accordance with requirements of the program.Assist in installation of new projects or upgrading projects.Must be willing to work over time and various shifts when required.Qualifications:Trade School or an equivalent of 1-3 years trade school required3-5 years' experience in supervisory maintenanceKnowledge of general shop math, reading charts, tables and drawings, and use of job-related tools, gauges and instruments is needed.
