Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems and keeping a property running smoothly? Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our Maintenance team.
In this full-time, year-round role, you will oversee the daily maintenance operations of the property, ensuring guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems are safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will play a key role in supporting team members, responding to maintenance needs, and helping create an exceptional guest experience through efficient operations and preventative maintenance. Working closely with hotel leadership and other departments, you will help maintain Hilton brand standards throughout the property.

Position Details:
Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round
Shifts: Vary and may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the maintenance team to ensure efficient daily operations and timely completion of work orders
Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the property
Troubleshoot and repair issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems
Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces are maintained to Hilton brand standards
Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance support for maintenance team members
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and emergency situations as needed
Maintain maintenance logs, inventory, and department records
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary
Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to support overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction
Skills & Requirements:
Previous maintenance or facilities experience required
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and on-call situations as needed
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Performance Measurement:
Success in this role will be measured by property maintenance standards, response time to maintenance needs, operational efficiency, team performance, guest satisfaction, and adherence to Hilton brand expectations.
