Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility located at Falls of Chelsea Lane, Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance team, ensuring all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Schedule and assign maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Inspect equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve skills and performance.
• Manage maintenance budgets and order necessary supplies and parts.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Proficient in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.

Work Environment

This position is based at our facility in Houston, TX. The Maintenance Supervisor will work primarily on-site and may be required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
