Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor

OBJECTIVE
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance activities at the Houston facility and supports operations at Colorado sites. They ensure equipment and building systems operate efficiently and safely, supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and support preventive maintenance programs under the Maintenance Manager's guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma; Bachelor's in engineering or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, especially in food or manufacturing
- Strong leadership, mechanical, electrical, and PLC system knowledge
- Understanding of OSHA and safety standards
- Proficiency in MS Office; bilingual skills a plus
- Willingness to travel, work overtime, and respond to emergencies
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise maintenance staff and assign tasks
- Support preventive maintenance programs across sites
- Manage inventory, coordinate repairs, troubleshoot systems
- Ensure safety compliance and respond to emergency requests
- Maintain maintenance records and perform general building upkeep
- Travel between Houston and Colorado facilities as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
