What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for the community
- Manage make-readies/unit turns to ensure timely occupancy
- Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff and vendors
- Troubleshoot and complete service requests efficiently
- Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
- Uphold curb appeal and overall property condition
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
What You Bring:
- Previous Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor experience
- Strong HVAC knowledge with EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to be on-call
- CPO certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
