Maintenance Supervisor

Shift (B Shift – Days):
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Compensation: $40–48 per hour

Responsibilities for Maintenance Supervisors:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and workflow
• Lead, schedule, and support maintenance technicians and team members
• Perform and support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems
• Serve as primary escalation point for emergency maintenance issues
• Ensure equipment uptime, reliability, and safe operation
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with cGMPs and quality requirements
• Audit work performed to ensure accuracy, safety, and quality standards
• Collaborate with Production, Plant, and Supply Chain teams
• Support training, development, and performance management of staff
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve efficiency

Requirements for Maintenance Supervisors:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
• 80% mechanical / 20% electrical maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with pumps, valves, piping, hydraulics, and industrial systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
• Strong safety-first and quality-driven mindset
• Ability to manage schedules, priorities, and team performance in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must meet background check and drug screen requirements
