6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation: $40–48 per hour

Responsibilities for Maintenance Supervisors:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and workflow
- Lead, schedule, and support maintenance technicians and team members
- Perform and support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems
- Serve as primary escalation point for emergency maintenance issues
- Ensure equipment uptime, reliability, and safe operation
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with cGMPs and quality requirements
- Audit work performed to ensure accuracy, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with Production, Plant, and Supply Chain teams
- Support training, development, and performance management of staff
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Requirements for Maintenance Supervisors:
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
- 80% mechanical / 20% electrical maintenance experience required
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with pumps, valves, piping, hydraulics, and industrial systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
- Strong safety-first and quality-driven mindset
- Ability to manage schedules, priorities, and team performance in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must meet background check and drug screen requirements
