Position Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible for overseeing maintenance staff, as well as assisting maintenance team on repairs. To provide oversite, guidance and training where needed.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects
• Implement preventative maintenance measures
• Must have strong technical knowledge with HVAC along with some electrical repairs
• Familiar with plumbing repairs
• General construction knowledge
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
• Inspect technician repairs to ensure quality
• Responsibilities also include other duties as assigned by the manager

Employees also have a responsibility to understand the Bank's BSA/AML Program, the procedures outlined in it, and to follow the Program and procedures in carrying out their duties. • Physically able to lift and carry odd shapes and sizes of up to 50 pounds

• Good communication skills to communicate with supervisor and staff
