Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description
Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting across manufacturing and facility equipment. Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Diagnose and repair PLC, HMI, motor control, and automation-related issues. Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment ranging from approximately 1-150 HP. Work with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, VFDs, motor controls, and Delta systems. Support facility maintenance activities and ensure equipment remains safe, compliant, and operational. Partner closely with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to quickly resolve equipment-related issues. Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects. Follow GMP and health & safety requirements while maintaining accurate maintenance documentation. Provide technical expertise and leadership within the maintenance function while remaining highly hands-on day-to-day.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Supervisor should have: 10 plus years strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting large-scale production equipment. PLC programming and troubleshooting experience. HMI programming experience. Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley controls. Strong knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, and industrial electrical systems. Dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated food manufacturing experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred. Ability to work a 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM shift with flexibility as needed.
What's on Offer
Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year. Permanent position with long-term growth potential. Additional benefits to be confirmed.
