Following recent expansion, the organization is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to help support continued operational excellence and growth.Job DescriptionLead daily maintenance operations in support of production goalsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, steam, and control system issuesMaintain equipment including fillers, cappers, kettles, conveyors, pumps, compressors, boilers, and related processing systemsImprove preventive maintenance programs, schedules, and maintenance proceduresConduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to minimize downtimeSupport equipment installation, calibration, and process improvementsAssist with basic PLC troubleshooting and VFD adjustmentsEnsure maintenance documentation is accurate and audit-readyCoordinate facility maintenance activities including plumbing, electrical, welding, and general repairsPartner with operations leadership to improve plant performance and reliabilityProvide guidance and mentorship to maintenance personnel and contractorsThe Successful Applicant3-5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experiencePrevious leadership experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Lead Technician, or similar roleFood manufacturing experience strongly preferredStrong troubleshooting abilities across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsExperience supporting older equipment and performing hands-on repairsWorking knowledge of PLCs and VFDsBilingual Spanish and English requiredStrong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year.Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTOStable company with decades of successRecently expanded facility with continued growthOpportunity to own and elevate the maintenance functionCollaborative environment where contributions are recognizedInterested?
