BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a property in McMurray, PA. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong leadership skills who can ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained while providing excellent service to residents.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (1‑hour lunch)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and work orders.
• Lead, train, and support maintenance staff to ensure quality performance.
• Perform and oversee repairs related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Ensure vacant units are turned and ready for new residents in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and order maintenance supplies and equipment as needed.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Lead Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance practices.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a maintenance team.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• HVAC certification, EPA certification, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance duties.
