THIS IS A 3rd SHIFT POSITION!
SUMMARY
Reporting to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager the primary responsibility is to supervise the daily performance of every Maintenance Tech on assigned shift to achieve team and company objectives. This hands-on supervisor will have broad based industrial maintenance experience and a core skill set in plastic injection molding machines and/or plastic sheet extrusion, inline thermoforming, EPP/EPS shape molding, and related production support equipment. Experience will encompass: Electrical/PLC, Robotics, Mechanical, Hydraulic/Pneumatics, Welding, Machining, Conveyor systems, etc. Must be willing to tackle any maintenance challenges and be willing to assist and learn from others in their area of expertise.
