We are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community in Memphis, TN.
- Responsible for all facility and maintenance equipment, including appliances, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and special systems.
- Conducts scheduled and preventive maintenance, performs repairs, and handles emergency calls 24/7.
- Provides on-site training and supervises maintenance staff, ensuring quality work.
- Performs minor carpentry, winterizing, pool maintenance, and inspections.
- Handles administrative duties such as recording requests and managing inventory.
- Requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and prior multifamily experience. CPO certification is a plus.
