Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per hour A bit about us: We are hiring a hands on Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast paced manufacturing facility. This role will oversee maintenance technicians, coordinate repairs and projects, improve equipment reliability, and support plant safety and production goals. Why join us? $80,000 - $100,000 per year depending on Experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Generous PTO Policy 401k with company match Monday – Friday, 5am – 1:30pm, Weekends as required Job Details Lead and support the maintenance team while promoting a strong safety culture Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs Manage maintenance projects, installations, and outside vendors Coach and train technicians on diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs Track maintenance KPIs, budgets, purchasing, and work orders Work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives Qualifications Strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge in manufacturing Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment Strong communication and problem solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office programs Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Experience Food manufacturing experience Pump and valve troubleshooting knowledge TIG or sanitary welding experience 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing 3+ years in a leadership role Interested in hearing more?
