Brookside Properties is hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at Croley Court and The Avenue Nashville West. What You'll Do
- Lead all maintenance operations for two apartment communities
- Supervise, coach, and develop the maintenance team
- Coordinate service requests and apartment turns
- Oversee preventive maintenance and property inspections
- Maintain inventory, purchasing, and maintenance budgets
- Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
- Work with vendors and contractors to complete projects
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance supervisor experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
- Leadership experience with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic hand tools
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
