Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field.
Experience maintaining CNC machining equipment and precision manufacturing machinery.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
PLC troubleshooting experience
HVAC certification
Electrical license or equivalent industrial electrical experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
Ability to manage maintenance budgets and vendor relationships.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work on elevated platforms.

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all maintenance activities across two manufacturing facilities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure. This role leads the maintenance team, manages preventive and corrective maintenance programs, coordinates outside contractors, and works closely with production, engineering, and quality departments to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a precision machining or manufacturing environment.
