As a Calibration & Maintenance Supervisor on our Night Shift, you will help ensure that critical equipment and systemsoperatereliably to support safe and compliant manufacturing. You will lead a skilled team, guide maintenance execution, and contribute to the success of our Bend site.

What you will do:

  • Lead night‑shift maintenance activities to support safe,reliableand compliant operations
  • Supervise maintenance technicians and guide daily work execution
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
  • Support GMP compliance throughaccuratedocumentation and equipment care
  • Partner with Operations to support changeovers,startupsand shutdowns
  • Prioritize work based on schedules, equipmentneedsand safety impact
  • Communicate equipment status,risksand follow‑up actions across shifts

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma/GEDrequired; technical degree preferred
  • Experience in maintenance within a regulated or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work night shifts, with some weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and knowledge of mechanical systems
  • Experience leading or mentoring maintenance personnel is helpful
  • Familiarity with maintenance software such as a CMMS is a plus
  • Commitment to safety,qualityand effective team collaboration
