Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor - Night Shift, leading maintenance efforts in a manufacturing environment specializing in metal and aluminum extrusion and anodizing.
You'll oversee proactive and reactive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and adherence to standards.
Responsibilities include managing maintenance tasks, tracking KPIs, supporting continuous improvement, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience in extrusion and anodizing is preferred. Flexibility for weekend work is required.
