Maintenance Supervisor

$55-$60 per hour plus bonus

Supervise shift maintenance staff including coaching, training, evaluation and disciplinary functions.
Manage payroll for all maintenance employees.
Assist in managing outside contractors.
Key member of a team that is responsible to ensure efficient operation of production machinery.
Coordinate all maintenance projects.
Handle general facility maintenance.
General office and manufacturing maintenance
Lubrication / oil changing of heavy production machinery
Repair / replace bearings, gear-heads, belts, chains, conveyors, filters, etc.
Modify existing structural components to comply with safety regulations, cost savings measures as required
