    • Partner with the Plant Engineer and Safety Director to maintain robust training programs and safety standards.

    Build processes that work

    • Support the ongoing development of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, parts, and equipment history.
    • Set and maintain key maintenance KPIs including asset utilization, cost management, and preventive maintenance compliance.

    Collaborate across departments

    • Work closely with other supervisors and superintendents to coordinate plant operations and ensure smooth production flow.
    • Maintain strong communication with internal teams, vendors, and service partners.

    Champion safety and compliance

    • Promote a safety-first culture across all maintenance activities.
    • Participate actively in Safety Management and Risk Management programs to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

    What You Bring

    • Associate degree or technical school training preferred; equivalent experience considered.
    • At least 3 years of maintenance or related industrial experience.
    • Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly desired.
    • Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
    • Ability to coach and empower people while driving accountability.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.

    • Can anticipate issues before they happen and take action.
    • Inspire your team to take pride in safe, high-quality work.
    • Enjoy being hands-on and visible on the plant floor.
