We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure smooth production. This person will manage a team of technicians, reduce downtime, and help improve overall equipment reliability.
What Youll Be Doing
Team Leadership- Oversee daily maintenance activities and respond quickly to equipment issues
- Lead and develop a team of 10 to 20 technicians
- Assign work orders and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA and USDA standards
Maintenance & Operations- Manage preventive maintenance schedules across equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Monitor spare parts and inventory
Projects & Performance- Support and lead improvement projects to increase efficiency
- Track key metrics like downtime, costs, and completion rates
- Help manage maintenance budgets
Collaboration- Work closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Communicate priorities, updates, and issues clearly
Requirements- 3 to 6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and refrigeration systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Familiarity with OSHA and USDA regulations
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
