Responsibilities include providing leadership, developing team skills, managing safety initiatives, handling emergency repairs, and supervising outside contractors.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma, 7-10 years of supervisory experience in industrial maintenance, hands-on mechanical skills with equipment like pumps and conveyors, and SAP PM experience.
Pay ranges from $101,840 to $127,300, with comprehensive benefits offered.
