Maintenance Supervisor (People & Internal Operations/ Facilities Management)

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Five years of skilled trades experience to include supervisory experience are required. Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Drivers License.

• The Maintenance Supervisor supervises maintenance personnel and oversees the preservation of vital building, grounds, and equipment infrastructure for a county facility.
• This role thrives on versatility across building trades, including carpentry, painting, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical work, using technical insights to guide and troubleshoot team projects.
• The incumbent in this role will plan and assign team priorities, step in to perform specialized tasks during peak workloads, and collaborate with leadership to implement smart facility projects and work methods.
