Responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing maintenance staff; overseeing equipment installation, repair, and preventive maintenance; managing spare parts inventory; ensuring safety compliance; and supporting capital projects and regulatory requirements.
Must have 5+ years in maintenance leadership within food or beverage industries, experience with CMMS, and strong safety management skills. Preferred qualifications include brewing or packaging experience, engineering degree, and knowledge of industrial systems.
Physical requirements include lifting, standing, and working in varying temperatures.
