Maintenance Supervisor 

(1st Shift – 4x10 Schedule)

Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred

We’re hiring a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to keep our plant and facility equipment running at peak performance. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and offers a stable 1st‑shift schedule Monday–Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment

• Perform preventive maintenance and electrical/mechanical diagnostics (24V–480V)

• Lead maintenance projects and mentor junior mechanics

• Document work and communicate clearly with the team

What You Need

• Journeyman‑level skill in mechanical repair, electrical systems, PLCs, drives, welding, plumbing/pipefitting, pneumatics, and machine tools

• Ability to work independently and support a diverse team

• Licenses/certifications in one or more trades (electrical, mechanical, welding, pneumatic, plumbing, facilities repair)

Preferred

• Manufacturing experience

• Experience with high‑speed processing or paper‑converting equipment

• Bilingual Spanish/English
