Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Richmond, VA
Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• A growing global manufacturer located in the Richmond VA area is currently searching for a first shift maintenance individual. To be considered, you must have at least 2-3 years as a maintenance lead or supervisor in a manufacturing environment. This role will start as an hourly role learning the company processes and business. The person will eventually have the opportunity to be a maintenance manager within 2-3 years. They want someone who will be hands-on and learn their business and be taught by long tenured maintenance lead. They want someone who has solid mechanical and electrical skills and wants to be a future maintenance manager. The company offers a good starting rate of at least $42-$43 an hour, plus significant overtime, excellent benefits and strong opportunity for growth. Apply now as this is an immediate need.
