Position Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring Oak Hill Country Club's facilities are safe, operational, and maintained to the highest standards. This position oversees daily building maintenance operations, supports preventive maintenance programs, responds to emergencies, and collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, assist, and oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure work orders are completed to established standards
• Perform and supervise repairs involving HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, tile, drywall, and general building systems
• Support and execute the preventive maintenance program for all club buildings, systems, and equipment
• Coordinate with the Director of Facilities on remodeling projects, capital improvements, and vendor work
• Respond to facility emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Assist with inspection, testing, and documentation of fire protection and life-safety systems
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and assist with procurement
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Perform other related duties as assigned based on club operational needs

Qualifications and Experience
• High School diploma or GED required
• Post-secondary vocational or technical training in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or a related field preferred
• Two- or four-year degree desirable, or
• 10+ years of experience as an Engineer, Maintenance Professional, or in a related role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service excellence

Work Schedule
• Full-time, year-round position
• Regularly works 45+ hours per week
• Typical schedule consists of rotating 4-day, 10-hour shifts
- 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or
- 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Schedule may vary based on club operations and weather conditions

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and pulling
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather conditions, fumes, and chemicals
• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures, heights, electrical hazards, and loud noise
