Maintenance Supervisor Lead a team. Solve problems. Build a community you're proud of. SNS Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across five apartment communities (410 units) in the Cincinnati/NKY area. You'll oversee daily maintenance operations, coach technicians, manage work orders, and partner with property management to deliver an exceptional resident experience. What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians Prioritize and oversee daily work orders and preventative maintenance Assist with troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance shop organization Partner with onsite management to provide outstanding resident service What We're Looking For 3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technicians Experience using a smartphone or maintenance software (AppFolio experience is a plus) EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license What We Offer Company vehicle, fuel, tools, and equipment provided Company credit card for materials and approved purchases Competitive pay based on experience Paid training and leadership development 3 weeks PTO, paid sick time, and 7 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Company-paid short-term disability Employee rental discounts and referral bonuses Dream Vacation Benefit Long-term career growth with a stable, growing company Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with a rotating on-call schedule.
