Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader who knows how to keep things running smoothly? We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing metal fabrication company and lead our maintenance team to success!

What You'll Do:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
  • Ensure safety standards and compliance are met at all times
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff
  • Coordinate with production teams to keep operations efficient
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in maintenance leadership (manufacturing or fabrication preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, welding equipment, and fabrication tools
  • Ability to diagnose issues quickly and keep production moving
  • Leadership skills with a team-first mindset
  • Commitment to safety and quality
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
