We're looking for a Maintenance Reliability Leader to ensure our high-speed production lines run smoothly in a beverage manufacturing plant in the Consumer Package Goods industry.
As a Maintenance Reliability Leader, you'll oversee planned maintenance and lead mechanics 24/7. Your role is to empower and lead your team, focusing on performance and morale. You'll spend most of your time on the shop floor, ensuring efficient execution, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Prioritize safety. Collaborate in daily meetings. Work with Production and Operational Excellence Leaders. Improve maintenance and reliability metrics. Lead breakdown elimination and scheduling. Coach team members. Manage maintenance schedules. Assign daily tasks to mechanics. Investigate incidents. Support off-shift work. Address obstacles. Monitor metrics and propose solutions. Support budgeting and productivity initiatives. Lead equipment management. Participate in operational excellence. Review work orders. Coordinate machine activities. Maintain utility systems. Monitor preventive maintenance. Inspect machines for compliance.
Requirements:
High school diploma and 5+ years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
Prior manufacturing supervisory experience.
Understanding of TPM and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance.
Effective communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations.
Logical problem-solving skills.
