Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of grounds, facilities,streets, equipment, and utility systems. Additionally, they supervise andoversee individual grounds maintenance team members. Duties Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures team members comply withappropriate policies and procedures. Adheres to Timekeeping Policy by reviewing, verifying accuracy, approving, and submitting directreport(s) time recorded Partners with Team Relations on team member counseling and recommendation of terminationwhen appropriate. Conducts team member performance reviews and recommends compensation adjustments. Follows-up on work assignments to ensure efficient, thorough completion of assigned work orders. Assists with the selection of all contractual services as requested; monitors on-site contractors. Completes regular inspections of sites throughout the campground. Establishes and prioritizes daily work of maintenance team. Prioritizes and resolves grounds service requests, including maintaining records of types andfrequency of service requests received. Assists maintenance team with all aspects of property maintenance and repairs of grounds andfacilities. Collaborates with the General Manager to establish emergency maintenance on-call schedule. Performs duties in a safe manner, adhering to all safety procedures and properly using safetyequipment. Assists with maintenance issues as directed. Maintains vehicle/equipment maintenance logs and ensures proper maintenance of campgroundvehicles. Coordinates and ensures completion of routine maintenance and minor emergency repairs. Ensures safe storage of hazardous chemicals and/or equipment. Prepares all maintenance-related logs in accordance with the Operations Manual.
