Maintenance Supervisor Schenectady, NY

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of a multifamily apartment community in Schenectady, NY. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support the maintenance team while ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance, service requests, apartment turns, and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Prioritize daily work orders, maintain inventory, and coordinate outside vendors when needed.
• Ensure the property meets company standards, safety regulations, and curb appeal expectations.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance experience in multifamily housing or a similar environment.
• Proven experience supervising, coaching, and developing maintenance team members.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organization, and customer service skills.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
