Maintenance Supervisor

The maintenance supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and technical support directly to the maintenance technicians in our bakeries.

This role is responsible to oversee the daily work of maintenance technicians maintaining our facilities and equipment in order to maintain a safe and productive work site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision of the maintenance resources and equipment in our Bakery.
• Leads the site to achieve zero unsafe conditions for our employees, vendors and visitors, and neighbors.
• Drives our daily root-causes analysis process on equipment issues and conditions.
• Ensure the maintenance employees have the necessary tools, experience and resources available to achieve our objectives.
• Ensure compliance to BRC GMP practices within the maintenance department
• Drive the team daily in adherence to utilizing our CMM system (EAM) documenting all work being performed on our equipment.
• Drive adherence daily of our spare parts and MRO process with the technicians
• Daily coaching technical skills to the maintenance team.

• Partner with the production supervisor and team leads to follow up with production concerns and issues

• Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed, including daily, weekends and holidays.
