What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years multifamily or apartment maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC skills + EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems
• Pool maintenance experience and CPO certification a plus
• Basic tools, reliable transportation, and availability for after-hours emergencies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and perform all aspects of apartment maintenance and property upkeep
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and groundskeepers
• Complete work orders and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
• Coordinate and oversee vendor services
• Manage maintenance inventory and budget
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
