Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards
• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues
• Assist with training hourly maintenance associates
• Additional reasonable duties as required.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to work independently and adapt to change
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and use blueprints, diagrams, operations manuals and manufacturer's specifications preferred
• Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management required
