That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our property’s maintenance team and ensure our community is running at its best. What You’ll Do: As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee all aspects of property maintenance, while leading a team to deliver excellent service to our residents. Responsibilities include: • Supervising and training maintenance staff, delegating work orders, and ensuring quality standards. • Performing and overseeing apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. • Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues. • Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships. • Ensuring safety compliance, OSHA standards, and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines. • Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours emergencies. • Partnering with the Property Manager to manage budgets, capital projects, and long-term planning.
