Job Details
*** This is a night shift position***
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians supporting automated production equipment and robotics systems.
- Prioritize, assign, and oversee daily maintenance activities, repairs, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical equipment, automated machinery, conveyors, and 6-axis robotic systems.
- Utilize PLC knowledge to diagnose equipment faults and support corrective actions.
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation to resolve equipment issues.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Production teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Track maintenance performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
- Promote and enforce safety standards, regulatory compliance, and company policies.
- Provide technical training, coaching, and development for maintenance team members.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or automated production environment.
- 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
- Hands-on experience with Fanuc robots or similar multi-axis robotic systems is required.
- Strong PLC troubleshooting experience, including fault tracing and diagnostics.
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, conveyors, and industrial machinery.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
